These terms govern the use of GLOBUU.
1. Service
GLOBUU is a discovery and decision-support platform combining information and links across WORK, TRAVEL, MONEY and LIFE.
2. Third-party offers
Many offers, prices, availability and conditions come from third parties, which remain responsible for their own offers. GLOBUU does not guarantee that external information remains complete, current or available.
3. Rankings and matching
Match scores and rankings are decision-support signals, not guarantees. They can depend on user input, available data, weighting and source quality. User relevance remains the primary ranking principle.
4. Accounts
Where account functions are available, users are responsible for secure access and lawful use.
5. Permitted use
Do not attempt unauthorised access, overload interfaces, manipulate tracking or use GLOBUU for unlawful purposes.
6. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, GLOBUU is not liable for third-party services, external transactions or losses caused by inaccurate third-party data or service interruptions. Mandatory liability remains unaffected.
7. Changes and law
GLOBUU may update the service and these terms. Swiss law applies to the extent permitted, subject to mandatory consumer rules.
